3 bedrooms: ground floor, two bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 cm each) sharing bathroom. On the upper floor, a suite with double bed (160 cm), bathroom with direct access to a terrace of 12 m2 with relaxing views.
On the top floor, you will find a solarium where you can sunbathe, read a good book or enjoy a night of stars.

Wifi, reversible air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room, and parking for 2 vehicles inside the plot.
The house is located in the urbanization Ámfora, a quiet area near the village and only 200 m from the beach of Sant Pere Pescador, ideal for windsurfing, kayaking and exploring the nearby natural park of the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà.
