There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation by the tenant, the tenant must notify in writing, by email to vacances@spainyourhome.com, the cancellation request. Globalgest XXI SL will reimburse, depending on the date of notification by e-mail:
- If canceled more than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the amount paid is returned less €100 for management fees.
- If canceled less than 30 days, no refund.
These cancellation conditions will not apply in case of force majeure (government mobility restrictions), Globalgest XXI SL will reimburse the total amount paid minus € 100 for administrative expenses.
If the tenant wants to shorten the reserved period before the end date of the contract, he will not be able to negotiate the price or demand a refund.
